The ground floor accommodation offers a high standard fitted kitchen, large lounge with smart TV. 2 double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master double bedroom is furnished with a superking size bed and an en-suite with bath and overhead shower unit. The other bedroom on the ground floor is a standard double/twin room with a shower room opposite. One bed upstairs can be a twin or double, the other is a double, they share a bathroom at the top of the stairs.
The private indoor heated pool is 8m x 4m and 1.4m deep. The sauna and steam room will be explained by a member of staff during check in but if you need more information there are instructions on the doors. We supply the towels for the pool and adult dressing gowns so you have more room to pack the important things for your getaway.
We are dog friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs per property.

We aim to meet the needs of all our visitors in our self catering cottage. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help.
The cottage is available from 4.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am.
The train station is at Leominster which is 15 minutes away by car.
There is a local taxi service in Leominster which has accessible taxis.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Guests must use the rear gate entrance which is signposted Pudleston Court. Continue along the driveway for 100 metres towards the black wrought-iron security gate at the end of the drive and a member of the estate staff will greet you.
Follow the signs which direct you to the parking area in front of The Gaggles.
There is ample room for parking. The parking area surface is level and covered with pea gravel.
The Cottage – External
The front door access is raised but a ramp is provided. The doorway access is 79 cms wide.
The kitchen door access from the gravelled courtyard area is raised with a 12 cms step up. The doorway access is 80 cms wide.
The cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users.
General – Internal
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
There is porcelain tiled flooring throughout the kitchen, sitting room, hallway and downstairs restroom areas. There is a good colour contrast of floors, walls, fixtures and fittings.
The spacious kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washer dryer, oven, microwave, hob, fridge and freezer.
There is an island unit and a kitchen table with chairs to seat up to 10 persons and TV.
The sitting room is tastefully furnished. There is a wood burner, TV & blu ray disc player.
Double patio doors open out from the sitting room onto the enclosed garden area – there is a step down of 15cms.
There is a wall-mounted mirror in the hallway area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There is sole access to each bedroom.
The doorway access into the ground floor master bedroom is 77 cms wide. The ground floor master bedroom has one super king-size double bed and TV. The bed is 48 cms high. The floor is carpeted. The ensuite bathroom has a porcelain tiled floor. The doorway access into the en suite is 81 cms wide. The bath edge is 55 cms high and the bath has a mid-positioned mixer tap with overhead shower. The bath has a non-slip bathmat. The WC is 44 cms high. There are two handwash basins squared at the front with clear under space.
Double patio doors open out from the master bedroom onto the enclosed garden area – there is a step down of 15 cms. The hot tub is located on the patio area just outside the master bedroom.
The second ground floor bedroom is carpeted. The doorway access into the bedroom is 85 cms wide. The bedroom uses a zip-lock bed which can be made into a twin bedded room on request.
There is a shower room on the ground floor with porcelain tiled flooring. The doorway access is 69 cms wide. The shower tray is 10cms high and has a non-slip shower mat. The WC is 44 cms high.
There is a wooden flight of stairs (13 steps) up to the two first floor bedrooms and bathroom. Each step is 18 cms high.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the first floor and share a first floor bathroom which has porcelain tiled flooring. The bath edge is 55 cms high and the bath has an end-positioned mixer tap with an overhead shower. The bath has a non-slip bathmat. The WC is 42.5 cms high. The handwash basin is squared at the front and has clear under space.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedded room. There is a chest of drawers and hanging space. The bed is 62 cms high. There is a wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom 4 is a double bedded room and uses a zip-lock bed which can be made into a twin bedded room on request. There is a chest of drawers and hanging space. The bed is 48 cms high. There is a wall-mounted TV.
Additional hanging space is provided in cupboard space on the adjacent landing area.
There are no aids for disabilities fitted in the bathrooms or shower room.
Grounds and Garden
The cottage benefits from a good-sized enclosed garden area. A garden table and chairs is available on the patio.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed. Please contact us if you want accommodation for more than 2 dogs. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Dogs may run free in the enclosed garden of the cottage but must be kept on a lead in the grounds of the estate. Dogs are not allowed near the sheep.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
Dog bowls can be provided on request prior to arriving.
Due to the rural location mobile phone and Wi-Fi reception is poor.
The nearest shop is 5 miles away and is 15 minutes by car.
